The Girls and I went and checked the little Chandler Carnival one weekend. It really wasn't much...just a few little rides. It was right outside our Safeway parking lot (on McQueen and Ray). |
Chloe's Daisy Troop got a chance to check out the Horse Farm...it was a blast. Chloe loved riding the pony and wanted to take more riding lessons. Unfortunately it's an expensive hobby. She enjoyed herself while it lasted.

And she's been doing great in school...almost "O's" every grade semester... it's equivalent to all "A's". Very proud of her
Callie is doing well with being in the daycare - it's not her favorite but starting to accept that she doesn't really have a choice but to attend it during my days. She says the funniest things and continually keep me and her sister entertained. She enjoyed not having to go to daycare for 3 weeks that my mom was here visiting...so that was a great break for her.
As I picked up the girls from daycare today, we're driving in the car...Callie: "Mommy, I didn't cai (cry) today." Me: "Good job, Buggy!" (giving her high five in the car) Guess, you're liking daycare a little bit more, ya?" Callie: "just a yi ti bit...not a yot (a lot) tho" Me: "Well, a little bit is good...we can work on liking it more..." (dead silence in the car) Chloe finally chimes in: "Or not!"
Easter: The girls enjoyed hunting eggs that Gaga...I mean, the Bunny hid for them in various spots...

And then, she lost a tooth that same weekend! So unexpected because she never told us that she has a loose tooth! She was surprised that her mouth was bleeding! She didn't even realized she lost it! She was in her room "exercising" she says. She came running into my room telling us that something was wrong with her tooth. When she opened her mouth, she had blood & my mom says, "Oh! U lost a tooth!" She got excited cuz the tooth fairy was gonna come. Then realized she doesn't have her tooth! I guess she swallowed it cuz we can't find it. Her excitement died quickly & was devastated. She thought the Tooth Fairy isn't gonna come now. We had to sooth her telling her that I am sure the Tooth Fairy will understand! She wrote the tooth fairy a letter...and that tooth fairy had to come up with something real quick...a glass of wine helped put together something for her! :)

We throughly enjoyed having my mom come for a long visit...the girls loved reading time with her...

The heat is upon us so we're starting to enjoy some pool time...
